Here is the simple process we use that keeps gaining us friends and referrals:

- Initial Visit. When we come out to your home for our initial visit it is our goal to give you the information you need to make an informed decision.
Our Window design expert will:
- Perform a thorough inspection of the existing windows and doors and give a recommendation.
- Design a window and door solution that fits your vision and budget.
- Never pressure you to buy our service. We are here to inform our customers not sell them on something they don’t want - After you decide to move forward and place your order, a time will be scheduled for our lead installer to come out and retake measurements, check for design flaws, and map out a plan.
Plan on our initial visit to take about 1-2 hours. It’s our goal to make your experience memorable. In order to ensure that happens, we have our staff take their time measuring and inspecting your home to prevent mistakes. - Your order is then placed, and your windows are custom made for your home. It is at this point that you will be put on the schedule for installation. Due to high demand we are currently scheduling out about a month and a half at the earliest. If your order includes extra glazing or custom colors, your installation date will be scheduled accordingly.
- Installation Day!
- Final inspection. After your project is done, we schedule a time when we can come out and do a final inspection. We want to make sure that our customers are satisfied, and that means talking to them directly.
